These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.gozdava1590.com) and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

GOZDAVA 1590 is a South African-based online store specialising in premium candles, body products, and fragrances. Orders are processed through WooCommerce, and payments are securely handled via Yoko and Peach Payments. We use the Courier Guy for all local deliveries within South Africa.

EU/UK Shipping is facilitated by White Label Project (WL Project AB):

For all sales to clients based in the EU, Schengen area and United Kingdom, White Label Project – WLP is the deemed supplier. For these countries, White Label Project fulfils and ships all international customer orders placed on our website and receives returns as per our returns policy.

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time they are received.
  • After processing, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within South Africa.
  • International orders are subject to WLP delivery times depending on the destination country and courier service used. More details regarding their International Shipping terms are below.
  • Flat rate Shipping is calculated at the checkout. VAT is included in all prices.
  • All national orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
  • Free National Delivery is available for orders above R2,500 and applies only to deliveries within South Africa.
  • Standard shipping fees will apply to orders below the free delivery threshold.

International shipping is facilitated by White Label Projects

  • For all sales to clients based in the EU, Schengen area and United Kingdom, White Label Project (WL Project AB) is the deemed supplier. For these countries, White Label Project ships all orders placed on our website from their warehouse in the EU.

  • There are no extra customs fees for any products shipped within the EU. Flat rate Shipping is calculated at the checkout. VAT is included in all prices.

  • WLP courier delivery is done via PostNord, DHL and UPS.

  • Delivery is usually within EU 3-5 days, if not otherwise stated on the product page, and worldwide 8-10 days, if not otherwise stated on the product page. 

  • Free Europe-based Delivery is available for orders above €500 and applies only to deliveries within Europe and the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & DISCLAIMER:

Once an order is sent off from our store or warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the address you have submitted to us. The shipping confirmation email entails (1) order number, (2) overview of item(s) ordered, (3) payment and delivery details and (4) a Courier-specific tracking number.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend reading the full ingredient list before purchase.
  • GOZDAVA 1590 does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been updated on the webshop, GOZDAVA 1590 will notify you about this by either email or phone. Customers will then have the option to choose an alternative item or cancel the order in question and receive a refund of the purchase.
  • GOZDAVA 1590 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Some countries restrict the shipment of fragrance and body products. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify eligibility before placing an order.
  • Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.
