Gozdava 1590 is a South African-based online store specializing in premium candles, body products, and fragrances. Orders are processed through WooCommerce, and payments are securely handled via Payfast.

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time they are received.
  • After processing, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within South Africa.
  • International orders are subject to varying delivery times depending on the destination country and courier service used.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (South Africa)

  • All national orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
  • Free National Delivery is available for orders above R2,500 and applies only to deliveries within South Africa.
  • Standard shipping fees will apply to orders below the free delivery threshold.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.
  • Some countries restrict the shipment of fragrance and body products. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify eligibility before placing an order.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Gozdava 1590 does not cover these charges. Please check with your local customs office for applicable regulations.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

  • Candles and body products may be returned only if they remain sealed.
  • If your product or packaging arrives damaged during transport, we will provide a full refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse.

PERFUME RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns on perfumes unless they are faulty.

  • All orders are wrapped and ready to gift.
  • If you are sending a gift directly to someone, you may leave instructions in the note section at checkout.
  • A small card with your message will be enclosed at no additional cost.
  • All payments are securely processed via Payfast.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other supported payment solutions offered by Payfast.
  • Prices on our website are displayed in South African Rands (ZAR).

  • Gozdava 1590 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
