Parfum
Our perfumes have a milder than synthetic blends and stay closer to the skin. Each blend is no less than 25% of natural perfume oil. We produce natural scents containing no man-made, altered substances or synthetic fragrance enhancers. Our oils are diluted in 97% percent ethanol alcohol from sugarcane. Our products contain no parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. We do not test on animals, ever.
Sediment & Misting
Each perfume batch has been filtered to ensure any natural mass residues are removed, though due to the nature of natural oils it is possible that minimal sediment can form over time. This is simply a characteristic of natural ingredients and will not alter your experience of the fragrance. Give the bottle a good shake, or just let it be.
Custom Fragrances
We take on a very limited number of custom fragrance projects each year for individuals, as well as private label. The time it takes for custom work varies depending on the scope of each project. A great amount of detail and time goes into creating a custom fragrance. We use high-end materials and create an entirely unique formula catered to each individual client brief. Local Delivery Times & Courier (South Africa)
Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time we receive them. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after processing. Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. You will receive an automatic notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Free National Delivery Offers are subject to Minimum Spends of R2 500 and for deliveries within South Africa only.
International Shipping
Starting in the second quarter of 2025, we will begin shipping to a select number of international destinations. We’re excited to serve our global customers and have worked hard to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible.

International shipping is managed by DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination country. Please note that some countries restrict the shipment of fragrance and body products. We recommend verifying your country's eligibility before placing an order. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and Gozdava 1590 will not cover these charges on your behalf.

Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Return Eligibility & Refund Terms
Candles and body products still in their sealed state can be returned. If your product or packaging arrives damaged during transport, we will provide a full refund. However, refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perfumes unless they are faulty.
Gift Wrapping & Personal Notes
All orders are wrapped, ready to gift. If you are sending a gift directly to someone, leave instructions in the note section at checkout and we will enclose a small card with your message.
